OUR DEMANDING LABORATORY TESTS:
We don’t want to show our competitors all the details about our tests, but all of our tests are much more comprehensive and destructive than any existing ISO tests and anything our competitors do in the market.
- Bending fatigue test: In our test we increase the number of cycles by more than 50% than the ISO standard and we also increase the frequency
- Mass drop in the hub area: In our test, we more than double the required height and even continue with a much higher weight with the same fork
- Pivot mass drop: We have developed a specific tool to test our carbon fork pivot, which nobody else in the BMX industry does. Our carbon steerer tube design is unique and specific to Prophecy BMX filled with an integrated internal locking system to eliminate expander problems that often compromise the strength of the fork
- Static bending test: Again, we have increased the force and the time of application of this force on this test
- Stiffness test: A non-rigid product may never break…This test is therefore done to make sure that our product has the required stiffness and strength
- Strength to break test: Here we want to check the level of force needed to break the fork and thus know its breaking point
